Dragonfly Transitions’ new mentor, Sara Arredondo, brings her collaborative leadership style and years of experience as a wilderness therapy field guide, transitions mentor, retreat facilitator, and yoga teacher to the Dragonfly Transitions team. With a passion for helping others connect with what grounds them in their truth and joy of life, she offers a focus of personal wellness and self-sustainability to the students’ process as a wilderness therapist.
Coming from a unique and holistic background, Sara enjoys facilitating experiences of self-discovery in nature and supporting students in continuing the effective communication skills, coping mechanisms, and structural success learned in wilderness. She also loves connecting with the beauty and wisdom of the natural world, gardening, reading, hiking, meditating, doing yoga, and building community with friends and family.
