Dragonfly Transitions serves young adults in three locations in Southern Oregon. The variety of locations allows for a continuum of care and a range of support. Students pursue educational, vocational, therapeutic, social and recreational life goals. Dragonfly offers opportunities for hands-on experience in a supportive environment where students can flourish.
